**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Join the friendly and committed Allocation team at Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg.
- Work closely with the Hospital Coordinator to allocate nurses / midwives to shift vacancies
- Provide excellent customer service for nurses / midwives and Managers
- Attend to general office administration duties
- Permanent part-time position 8 hours per fortnight plus fixed term 30 hours per fortnight for 12 months
- Alternate one weekend day, Monday and Wednesday each week

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have experience in office and hospital environments
- Demonstrate customer service with an outstanding phone manner
- Demonstrate high level office skill with an eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- Proven team work and problem solving skills
- Experience in data entry, preferably in Allocation systems
