**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Nursing in the Patient Access and Workforce Unit to support recruitment and retention of Bank and Pool staff to meet roster shortfalls.
- Work with a friendly small team of Allocators and Coordinators
- Assist the Director of Nursing with On Boarding new Bank and Pool nurses and midwives
- Foster relationships with a range of stakeholders, including Bank and Pool nurses midwives, Senior Nursing staff, Allocators and Afterhours Coordinators

**ABOUT YOU:
- Extensive experience in an office environment
- High level office skill with eye for detail
- High level of customer service
- Previous experience in Human resource role (desirable)

- Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services.
