The Opportunity_**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Roving Facility Manager to join our team in NSW. This is a great role which covers all 3 of our facilities across Wyoming and Padstow providing support to the State Manager. It is going to take a special breed of Facility Manager to join us. You need to be innovative in your thinking, have impeccable attention to detail and be an outstanding leader. In addition, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience with aged care accreditation standards, aged care legislation and a strong working knowledge of aged care funding.
- An influential leadership style focused on the provision of clinical care and customer service to residents, and the management of staff.
- Business development and networking experience to ensure that the occupancy and admissions strategy and KPIs can be achieved.
- Budgeting and financial management acumen.
- Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new business/facility.
- You are solution focused and think innovatively to achieve the highest level of staff engagement, resident outcomes, and satisfaction.

- Skills and experience in understanding all the dynamics in a residential aged care setting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes and achieve cultural change.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and strong relationship building skills.
- A current driver’s licence and car with the enthusiasm and ability to travel regularly between our sites in Padstow and Wyoming.
