The group has homes in Queensland, New South Wales & South Australia and is fast developing a footprint through the rest of Australia. In the coming months we will also be further expanding and growing our business in New South Wales. The Role
An opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a full time State Manager - New South Wales to play a key leadership role in leading the facility operations and to ensure that resident outcomes are optimised. Compliance with all accreditation requirements is paramount in your mindset. The role will be based at our Regional Office in Padstow but will involve travel to all facilities in New South Wales as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership in the provision of a customer-centric model of care and services across all facilities located in New South Wales. The role is to ensure the quality delivery of care and clinical services to all residents within the philosophy and business operating model of Infinite Aged Care.
- Leadership of all operational, financial and clinical outcomes for the state operations including responsibility for delivering strategic plans, greenfield commissioning, continuous improvement, clinical compliance and quality.
- Lead, manage and develop multi-faceted teams that ensure optimal clinical outcomes and quality of care are maintained for all residents
- Lead and support all Facility Managers and the regional management team to achieved desired business targets and outcomes
- Formulate and implement best practice management systems and processes for the development of resident services and changes in clinical care practices and technology and that continuous improvement is integral to the culture of the business
- Lead and ensure full compliance and reporting with legislative, compliance and accreditation intent and standards
- Ensure accountability and leadership across all facilities for allocated budgets, management of business risks and lead initiatives to improve operational performance
- Ability to lead and champion change, deliver strategic initiatives and drive financial results across the group
- Lead and manage teams to effectively commission and ramp up new greenfield facilities.
What we expect from you?
- Experience in managing large, multi-site aged care or service based facilities would be highly regarded
- Experience in managing commissioning projects to bring new facilities online and operational
- Demonstrated and effectiveness in leading, managing and motivating teams of aged care professionals and support staff in a highly compliant and complex environment
- Formal qualifications in health, registered nursing, allied health, aged care or general management would be advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in managing cultural change programs and communications to a large group of stakeholders - proven ability to proactively engage, influence and manage diverse stakeholders is essential
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing risk, governance and quality management across a regional portfolio
- Knowledge and understanding of ACFI, accreditation and the legislative requirements relating to aged care
- Highly developed leadership and people management skills that can influence and motivate stakeholders - your communication needs to be second to none
- You need to have energy and a spring in your step as we are reinventing our service offering and you need to innovate and drive that
- Experience in the use of information management sources and systems to enable effective reporting, informed decision making, and pre-emptive management action
- You need to have a collaborative approach to working with business partners to achieve business outcomes in a corporate structure.

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
