About the role

We are transforming, modernising and simplifying and you can be part of that Reporting to the Technology Service Owner for Service Management you will get the opportunity to support IT Change Management and assist with the planning and execution of crucial, regular midrange patching.

**In this role, you’ll get to**:
Support IT Change Management to ensure changes are compliant with all aspects of the IT Change Management Process.
Ensure timely, consistent communication of change is provided within technology and across the business.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from technology and business.
Create a patching schedule and change tickets and presenting changes to Change Board for approval.
Communicate plans to Technology Team Leads/Service Owners.

About you

You will have good experience of IT Change Management and project management principles, data analytical skills and an awareness of ITIL.
Experience in Enterprise Service Management principles and operation.
Proven ability to run projects ensuring objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
Experience facilitating workshops with groups of stakeholders to meet an outcome.
Experience in supporting and empowering teams in an agile environment.
Exposure to interacting with Senior Management and building trust and confidence.
