**The Position**

Position Title: Recall and Contracts Coordinator
Classification:HS3
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,863.40
Hours per fortnight: 80 with an ADO every 4 weeks
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time

**Role Description**

The role of the Recall and Contracts Coordinator is to ensure uninterrupted supply of contracted clinically suitable product at the best price. This will be achieved by reviewing new HSV contracts, reviewing existing contracts, analysing current purchasing, recommending change as required and maintaining oracle data as required.

The Recall and Contracts Coordinator is also responsible for the coordination of product and equipment recalls for Bendigo Health and our customers.

The Recall and Contracts Systems Coordinator is also required to support the Systems Manager to test Oracle upgrades and changes and maintain the system.

**The Team**

The Finance and Resources Division is responsible for financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and analysis, together with our procurement, materials management and facilities management functions. The division also includes Health Information Services with key roles in medical record management, clinical documentation, freedom of information, and external data reporting requirements. These are essential non-clinical services providing high-quality support, advice, monitoring and compliance functions. The team are focussed on delivering the strategic vision within their responsibilities and on assisting the organisation operationally.
