**We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Risk and Safety Systems Coordinator** **to join our Rail and Transit Systems team based in Melbourne.**

Our capability spans all sectors, from rollingstock to infrastructure, and every project phase, from design and manufacture to through-life-support, fleet maintenance, operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets.

The Rail & Transit Systems business provides a range of end to end, innovative transport solutions including:

- Rolling Stock Design & Manufacture
- Rolling Stock System Integration
- Fleet Through Life Support Services
- Public Transport Operations

This is an opportunity for you to work on iconic rolling stock projects across Australia with a high performing team.

**Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Risk Management, Health & Safety, Engineering
- Lead ICAM Investigator qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work collaboratively and consultatively across varied internal stakeholders
- Proactively monitor performance, raise any concerns and ensure issues are promptly addressed
- Highly developed work organisation and project management skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities to respond effectively to emerging needs of the business
- High level conceptual and analytical skills, and the capacity to develop solutions in a complex environment
- Are able to travel on a regular basis
