Kingston Human Capital has been engaged by one of Queensland’s highly respected Government Departments to assist in sourcing
**a dedicated and passionate Executive Manager (PMO)** to join their amazing team to see through
**successful program implementation**.

As the
**Program Manager**, you will
- Oversee and prioritize program strategies, implementation, and plans
- Exemplify leadership, identify risks, develop innovative solutions, and provide direction to the program
- Cater to a wide audience and demonstrates impartiality and decisiveness
- Implement strong program and project management discipline, reporting, and benefits realization
- Work collaboratively with the program leadership group and other key stakeholders

- Proven track record of leading a high-performing PMO or EPMO
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team and provide strategic direction to the program
- Demonstrates accountability, stimulates ideas and innovation and drives quality output
