My client is an Australia owned industrial Engineering company and leader in their field. Due to an acquisition of a competitor, they are in an exciting period of growth and have a newly created Accounts Receivable and Billing specialist role on a permanent basis.

**The role.**

Permanent Accounts Receivable and Billings. Duties include, but not limited to the below;
- Project billings
- AR receipting - daily upload of cash receipts from various bank accounts
- Customer set up and credit checks
- Update of Banking systems to ensure processing of direct debits including new contracts
- AR aging reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Project set up
- Budget updates additions/ change of extra costs
- Confirm all customers payments are accurate and mitigate duplication of payments from occurring in relation to the direct debit authority
- Coding
- Weekly cost reporting
- Ad-hoc tasks

**About You**:

- Established skill level with standard Accounts receivable, Billings practices and procedures.
- Goal orientated with the ability set and achieve objectives
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess ability to synthesize complex or diverse information
