**About the role**

As a **Customer Care **, you will be working alongside the customer service and store teams, driving a superior customer experience.

**Your day to day duties will include**:

- Booking Deliveries with our 3rd party partners through our logistics portal
- Confirm all orders and stock availability and ensure stock levels are correct over multiple warehouse locations
- Keep online customers up to date with the progress of this orders. Due to many orders having up to a 6 week lead time, this is an essential part of the role.
- Click and collect management in store
- Picking and packing any homewares orders from one of our store
- Being the link between the online and offline team within the business and ensure there is a strong line of communication
- Work closely with the head of online to ensure a superior customer experience

To do this we will need you to:

- Balance customer demand and multi-tasking in a fast-paced online and in-store environment
- Work as part of a high performing team, driving for performance excellence
- Communicate with colleagues across all levels of the organisation, influencing to find the best customer outcome
- Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve the employee experience, customer experience and operational excellence
- Provide thoughtful and insightful feedback to improve our products and service
- Have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

**Manual handling of up to 20kg is also required.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.91 per hour
