**About the role**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including Content, Marketing and Sales. You will be responsible for uncovering insights that drive business objectives by:
- Introducing industry trends and best practices in media analytics to continually enhance SCA and the client’s understanding of the audio market.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of audience metrics, consumption patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth; communicating your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards that track key performance indicators and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
**Experience we’re looking for**:
- 3+ years in Media / Research / Sales.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Proficiency in research and analytics tools e.g. Roy Morgan, Nielsen, eRam etc.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Familiarity with media agency planning processes, tools and analytics.
