**About the role at Isentia**

Media Analysts at Isentia work across a number of categories, providing clients with high quality insights & reports around media impact, sentiment, brand monitoring & reputation analysis, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with our customers to understand what they need to know in order to make great business decisions
- Get deep into media data to work out what approach will best answer a customer’s question in a coherent & relevant way
- Write and present engaging reports that answer media-related questions that matter to our customers
- Continuously build strong relationships with internal teams & external stakeholders
- Manage research projects effectively to meet deadlines and ensure the highest quality deliverables.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Insights Presentation - Organize and present data to effectively communicate findings
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
