We’re launching our flagship store and looking for a passionate **Retail Supervisor** to support our Store Manager in leading the team, shaping the store experience, and bringing our outdoor community to life.

Our store will offer a **curated range of fishing, camping, diving and watersports products** — everything you need to explore Australia’s great outdoors.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team supervision
- Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the store
- Help with visual merchandising, stock control, and health & safety compliance
- Support training and onboarding for new team members
- Step into management duties when the Store Manager is not on shift
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and energetic team culture

**You Bring**
- 1-2 years of experience in retail (supervisory or senior sales roles preferred)
- A customer-first mindset and a track record of great in-store service
- Confidence to lead by example and motivate your team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability and accountability in store operations and cash handling
- A passion for the outdoors, travel, or adventure lifestyle — fishing, camping, diving or watersports experience is a plus
- Bonus if you speak **Mandarin**, but not essential
