**Your Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Product and Pricing, this role will manage the compliance and reporting obligations of the AMB’s suite of financial services products including transaction accounts, term deposits, home and personal loans as well as insurance (issued by a 3rd party).

Key responsibilities include:

- Create and maintain policy disclosure documents including product terms and conditions and target market determinations (TMDs).
- Support the product compliance requirements across our distribution channels including the website and branches.
- Analyse portfolio, member and industry data to identify opportunities and recommend change programs that deliver member and business value.
- Contribute to reporting for Executive Committees, external stakeholders and regulatory bodies including compliance reporting for NHFIC and DHOAS schemes.
- Manage internal and external audit responsibilities.
- Support the team in quality assurance for product and system changes.
- Assist the team to develop and manage procedures including maintaining intranet product content.
- Stay informed about upcoming regulatory changes and assess their impact on our product suite.

**About You**:

- 3+ years in the financial services industry (or similar)
- Good understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- Experience with Power BI or similar system would be advantageous
- Experience in Finacle (or another Core banking system) will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Deadline and results driven
- Some knowledge of the military would be advantageous but not mandatory.
