**What’s the role?**

You’ll be the strategic force behind our financial crime reporting, working full-time from either Paramatta or Adelaide as part of Westpac’s Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team. Your mission? Lead the charge in identifying and reporting suspicious activity to AUSTRAC, mentor analysts, and elevate our operational environment through insight-driven investigations.

You’ll be the go-to expert for AML/CTF matters, helping shape smarter systems and sharper compliance. This isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about protecting people, reputations, and the integrity of the financial system. If you thrive on purpose, precision, and impact, this is your moment.
