Pacific Pines State School Inclusion roles and responsibilities:

- Differentiated and explicit teaching for all students
- Focused teaching for identified students
- Intensive teaching for a small number of students.

**As an Inclusion teacher, you will**:

- have an intentional focus and demonstrated impact on continuous improvement in quality teaching and learning aligned to Instructional Leadership.
- analyse and utilise student achievement data for identified students with a disability and diverse learning needs.
- identify barriers that may limit access for identified students with a disability and/or diverse learning needs, creating tailored supports and adjustments to ensure individual needs are met and students can access their learning environment.
- work within school teams to improve English outcomes with a focus on co-teaching (planning, preparation & assessment) and inclusive practices to promote differentiatedteaching and learning.
- implement transition programs for students entering Prep and moving to high school meeting the individual needs of children and families.
- be a member of the Inclusion team and Student Services Committee.
