The Role Reporting to the Finance Director (and working closely with several key financial Business Partner) the Financial Reporting Analyst is tasked with:

- Providing accurate reporting on key financial metrics
- Preparing and providing financial reports, models, analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Supporting Business Leaders with strategic and commercial decisions by providing accurate financial data
- Developing accurate data reporting and dashboards to monitor and manage KPIs
- Streamlining processes, controls and systems, looking for ways to innovate and improve the finance function
- Analysis and financial modelling duties
- End of month analysis including performance, variances analysis, trend, and competitor analysis
- Enhancing budgeting, cashflow and forecasting models
- Fully or part qualified CA or CPA
- 3+ years experience in a similar or management accounting role
- Advanced Excel, along with knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Track record of implementing data driven actionable insights
- Financial modelling and data analysis skills
- Passion for business improvement, automation, data analytics
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and organisational skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
