Hudson is seeking a Spatial Data Analyst to join a large organisation to enhance spatial intelligence for informed decision-making.

**Primary Outcomes and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge spatial solutions to furnish evidence-based insights for decision-makers across all levels.
- Utilize analytical, statistical, and scripting skills to collect, integrate, analyze, and interpret data in support of our projects and programs.
- Create and deploy models and scripts to automate GIS processes, fostering continuous improvement.
- Conduct intricate spatial analyses using ESRI GIS technologies and/or other data analysis tools to address diverse business challenges.
- Manage and maintain crucial corporate spatial datasets with a strong focus on quality and currency.
- Provide project administration, planning, and documentation as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality reviews and controls.
- Deliver training, support, and governance for corporate GIS platforms, aiding business units in their daily activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standardized templates and processes for mapping products and geospatial layer collection.
- Offer specialized GIS advice and mapping support across multiple projects, delivering outputs within agreed timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
- Track record of collecting, modeling, and analyzing data (geospatial and business) and presenting results through clear and compelling visualizations.
- Experience in spatial dataset design and management within geodatabases for various use cases.
