**Opportunity to Lead: Service Supervisor Role at the Repat Health Precinct**

As a Service Supervisor, you will work a 7-day roster, providing line supervision for Hotel Services PSA. Your focus will be on enhancing team productivity, improving communication pathways, and supporting the resolution of operational PSA issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting cleaning audits, gel dot audits, staff allocation, rostering, and serving as an additional resource to support PSA with discharge cleans, portering, and coordination of sick leave replacement after-hours and on weekends.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Site PSA Coordinator and the RHP Hotel Services Manager, some of your duties may involve:

- Ensuring that service provision and the activities of the Division are person and family centred and professionally conducted by contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.
- Assisting in the provision of supervision and leadership to staff.

**About you**:

- Ability to assist leadership and support.
- Ability to assist in the supervision of staff and ability to foster a team environment.
- Ability to assist in the management of conflict situations.
- Ability to oversee, allocate, determine and participate in daily work routines, parameters, priorities, time-frames, methods and procedures.
