**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading business who caters for a wide range of industries. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they have established a reputation within the Australian market.

Whilst supporting the existing team and reporting into the head of finance, this role will see you:

- Month end invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
- Run the intercompany timesheet invoices and post
- Answer and troubleshoot all queries from branch managers
- Maintenance of draft invoice reconciliation to ensure all drafts have been actioned invoicing liaise with branch managers on long outstanding timesheets to ensure employees have been communicated with early
- Reconciliation of Group travel expenses and data entry
- Reconciliation of credit card statements and data entry

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful in this role you will have experience working as a Accounts Receivable Officer. You will have strong attention to detail, and be confident to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
