IAM Operation Delivery Manager ING Australia is looking for an experienced " **IAM Operation Delivery Manager** " to join our Identity and Access management team for this newly created position based in Sydney. As a senior member of the IAM team, manage a team of IT Security Analysts (ITSA) with the primary focus of monitoring, reporting and improving the access requests, maintaining a strong client relationship, and contribute to enhancing access administration processes. **What you'll do** - Manual user access provisioning and de-provisioning. - Review and execute on an existing IAM strategy and roadmaps. - Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IAM processes, systems, and controls to ensure effective identity and access management. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in IAM initiative. - Manage and resolve escalations from the team and the business. - Managing CyberArk access, password rotation, vaulting, policy. **What we're looking for** - Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management deliverables. - Good understanding of all IAM controls. - Hands on experience in effective communication with team management and senior management. - Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint is essential. - Experience in highly regulated entities preferably APRA regulated. - Ability to operate on one's own initiative with a proactive attitude within the directions and confines of bank policy. **What's in it for you?** - Drop everything and learn with over 16,000 professional and personal development courses to choose from. - Discounted ING Health Insurance. - An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing. - An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity. **About Us** At ING, we want to make life simpler and more worthwhile - for everyone who banks with us, for the people who work with us, and the community at large, too.
