**About the role**:
Rabobank’s Security & Control division, part of the COO Domain, is currently seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join our well-established team. Based in Sydney, you will be part of a highly engaged IAM group that embraces a hybrid working model.

**Top Role Accountabilities**:

- Provide expert guidance & support to Rabobank staff on all aspects of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including the handling of access requests
- Support the review, analysis, & investigation of system security events related to IAM, ensuring timely & accurate resolution
- Schedule & manage user access & profile recertification processes, while maintaining comprehensive documentation & procedures for user administration
- Contribute to In Control & Governance services, focusing on privileged user access, system accounts, & recertification activities
- Participate in IAM security enhancement initiatives & projects, driving continuous improvement
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Ideally 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an Identity & Access Management (IAM) role
- Proficiency with Logical &/or Privileged Identity Management tools
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach, & the confidence to engage effectively
- Sound analytical & problem-solving abilities across all levels of the bank
- A good understanding of security fundamentals & IAM principles
- Exposure to Active Directory or Microsoft Exchange is highly regarded
