**About Your Role: Compliance Officer**
As a Compliance Officer within our Underwater Systems team based in Rockingham, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Reporting to the Manager, your primary focus will be on upholding the integrity of SCYLLA Sonar System and Towed Arrays fitted to Australian Submarines, ensuring compliance to maintenance requirements, and guaranteeing adherence to top-tier quality standards. You'll manage essential aspects such as contract documentation, work pack compliance with established protocols, and maintaining the highest quality control benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Quality compliance, fostering best practices.
- Conduct rigorous inspections, ensuring correct maintenance procedures are followed.
- Identify and address compliance risks, crafting proactive action plans.
- Advise leadership on regulatory changes impacting compliance and policies.
- Monitor compliance performance, driving corrective action where needed.
- Engage with Quality Assurance for stringent quality control measures.
**Your Skills**:
- Proficiency in Quality Systems.
- Certification/Diploma in Quality Management or similar.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external collaborations.
- Proactive, self-starter who can think critically to solve complex problems.
