**Role Overview**:
As our boots on the ground, you will play a crucial role in the smooth daily operations of our studio. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, ensuring our students and staff have the support they need. This is a casual position requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. Please note shifts are afternoon/evening based 2pm - close and Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Youth Class Support**: Assist the Head Coach during youth martial arts classes, providing guidance and support to young students.
- **Administration**:

- Handle member account queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collect necessary details and manage registrations for studio events and workshops.
- Coordinate with external vendors for studio maintenance and repairs.
- **Sales & Membership Growth**: Actively promote our martial arts programs and achieve a minimum of 30 new sales/memberships per month. This includes engaging with potential students, conducting studio tours, Generating and following up leads.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Passion for martial arts and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable.
- Experience in the martial arts industry is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
This role offers a competitive base hourly wage of **$32 to $33 per hour**, plus a rewarding commission structure based on achieved sales targets.

**Hours**:
Casual, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility required based on class schedules and events.
