**Mobile Service Support // Government // 15+ Month Contract**
- 15 Month + Day Rate Contract
- Parramatta Office - No shift work.

Talent International is working in partnership with a **government department** to assist in sourcing an experienced **Mobile Service Support** to lead and manage security projects supporting and implementing technologies which include mobile smart phones, tablets and data SIM cards to maintain levels of mobility support

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Ensure the Mobile smart phone and all mobile-phone peripheral technologies are in line with NSW Police Architecture.
- Research mobile technologies best suited to NSW Police and are compatible with NSW Police Architecture.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, which include internal customers of all levels within NSWPF. This will include taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Fault finding, trouble shooting.
- Customer service focused - dealing with Operational Police
- Support mobile devices, including Mobile Phones, Tablets and Data SIM Cards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in Mobile Technologies covering all Mobile Smart Phones - Android and IOS.
- Demonstrated and direct experience in Mobile technology rollout and transfer including re-enrolment and factory reset of smart phone devices
- Proven experience at appropriate level in ICT projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability with MS Office at advanced levels - AirWatch (Mob device mgt system) or inTune
