**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the delivery of Education and Community Programs, including Kickability, Inclusion Football Academy, WA Wheelchair Football League, and WA Blind AFL.
- Establish and develop community programs to support pathways for players with a disability into the WA AFL Inclusion Programs.
- Ensure people with a disability and those from underrepresented communities have an opportunity to experience and enjoy Australian rules.
- Coordinate the delivery of school based All-Abilities clinics and Kickability programs.
- Contribute to activities that build capacity and inclusion outcomes whilst enhancing the
- health and wellbeing of the community.
- Identify program partners and/or organisations for participant recruitment.
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist in the delivery of WAAAFA programs.
- Contribute to building and managing a high performing culture across the Association.
- Foster strong communication between Volunteers, WAAAFA Staff, PFL Staff, WAFC Staff, Program Attendee’s, and Participants to benefit the successful delivery of all WA All Abilities Football programs.
- Develop relationships between Member Clubs, Community Organisations and relevant WA Government departments to ensure the strong establishment of programs.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish networks and make the most of both internal and external networking opportunities.
- Track participation metrics, including reach, engagement, growth, and frequency.
- Assist with data analytics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of programs, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the EO and Volunteers, WAAAFA Staff, PFL Staff, WAFC Staff, Program Attendee’s, to benefit the successful delivery of all WA All Abilities Football programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, source content, and promote key company updates.
All employees and contractors will:
- Identify and report any hazards, damage, loss, or exposures observed during their work.
- Mitigate and manage identified risks.
- Minimise damage or loss of property within the incumbent’s control.
- Ensure compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act and regulations to ensure the health and safety of self and others in the workplace.
- Maintain accurate equipment logs and maintenance records for all WAAAFA wheelchairs and program equipment.
Participant Engagement:
- Increase participation in all abilities football programs by a specified percentage.
- Maintain a high level of participant satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
Program Development:
- Develop and launch a new specialized program within six months.
- Collaborate with other organizations to expand program offerings or reach new demographics.
Inclusive Community Building:
- Organize inclusive community events to foster participant interaction.
- Establish partnerships with at least two local schools or organizations.
Skill Development:
- Monitor participant skill development and offer advanced training.
- Provide opportunities for participants showing significant skill improvement.
Program Awareness:
- Enhance program visibility through effective marketing efforts.
- Maintain an up-to-date program website and social media presence.
Budget Management:
- Manage program budgets efficiently and seek cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure expenses are within allocated limits.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with participants’ families.
- Provide clear and timely responses to inquiries from parents and car
