**About the Role**:
You will be providing a fantastic customer experience while getting the people of Perth where they need to go. You will be working as part of a team of 80 to deliver an accurate and informative service about all aspects of Transperth.

We have both face to face and contact centre environment positions available, or if variety is your motivator, you can do a blend of both. Positions are located in East Perth, Perth CBD, and Airport Central locations.

Our operational hours are Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 12:30am, Friday & Saturday 5:00am to 2:00am and Sunday 5:00am to 12:00am. Share with us your perfect roster and we can discuss together to see if Serco and you are a match

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Cash handling experience (desirable)
- National Police Clearance (required)
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
