**About the client**

Based in Melbourne, our client is a Victorian electronic registries commission. Working in a hybrid arrangement, you will support the finance function across Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Recievable and the analysis division.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Supervisor, the role provides AP/AR related services to both internal and external stakeholders and customers while proactively solving problems and using initiative and common sense to make process improvements.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Process end-to-end accounts payable and receivable
- Internal and external communication
- Finance admin
- Finance Reporting
- A variety of ad-hoc finance, payroll and administrative duties

**What we’re looking for**
- A problem solver who can confidently bring new ideas and solutions to the table
- Exceptional time management
- A strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- An experienced ERP systems preferably cloud-based ERP system
- A relevant degree or qualification would be an advantage, but is not mandatory

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
