We are seeking skilled **IT Technicians** for on-site, ticket-based assignments. The technician will be responsible for the **installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of IT and Networking devices** at client sites. This is a freelance/independent contractor role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible, on-demand work opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **on-site installation, setup, and troubleshooting** of IT and networking equipment (Routers, Switches, Access Points, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, etc.).
- Execute **hardware replacement and configuration support** as per provided instructions.
- Coordinate with the **remote support team** for configuration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / Network Engineer**.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking devices.
- Ability to follow remote instructions and document tasks effectively.
- Must have access to basic IT tools (screwdrivers, console cable, etc.).

**Job Type & Benefits**:
