**Job Description
**Our Strategy team help clients solve their most complex problems and make clear strategic choices that set them up to execute with confidence and deliver results. We bring together a range of disciplines in a diverse and multidisciplinary team to support strategies that are grounded in rigorous analysis, actionable insight, stakeholder perspectives and industry experience.

As an integral member of the national Strategy team, this role will shape ESG-centric strategies and transformation programs for clients across the following propositions. You will work within the national KPMG Strategy team, but seamlessly collaborate across KPMG in drawing upon the deep and varied expertise needed across all dimensions of Environmental, Social and Governance issues.
- **Enterprise Wide Strategy **| Re-shape corporate strategy by realigning the business portfolio and operating models towards an ESG-centric design
- **Growth Strategy **| Design and implement ESG-led growth strategies in new products / services and markets
- **Operating Strategy & Cost **| Architect the operating model to optimally deliver the strategic roadmap balancing ESG and financial value drivers
- **Deal Strategy **| Provision of advice on strategic investment / divestment decisions, partnerships and integration / separation management
