As our Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with the commercial team to plan and execute campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into loyal customers for our clients.

A fast-growing global clean-energy manufacturer is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to join its Oceania team. The company is a leading multinational supplier in the renewable energy sector with strong project penetration across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will directly support the regional commercial team to deliver brand growth, and at the same time take a dual-hat responsibility in ESG reporting and sustainability programs aligned with global strategy.

What you will do

Brand Marketing

  • Work with global brand team to plan and execute marketing campaigns for key accounts across Oceania
  • Create and deliver tailored content, digital experiences and outreach to decision-makers
  • Run multi-channel programs (outbound, content, events, paid media) to build pipeline & conversion
  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus

ESG & Sustainability

  • Maintain ESG data platforms to ensure accuracy, integrity and audit readiness
  • Integrate climate-related risks and opportunities into business planning and budgeting
  • Benchmark ESG performance and engage with industry peers for continuous improvement
  • Provide insights to support policy response and regulatory engagement

What we are looking for

  • Must have 2–3 years experience in marketing, including hands-on execution across campaigns, content, or brand activation
  • Experience working with agencies/suppliers and managing deliverables
  • Strong project management skills — able to define KPIs, track progress and hit timelines
  • Budget management experience
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about marketing and/or sustainability
