Duporth Tavern, 4 Pines Mooloolaba, 4 Pines Noosa, Commercial Hotel Nambour are young, fun and dynamic family-owned businesses with strong core values and a supportive culture

**About You**

We are looking for people with serious passion, have a killer smile, and amazing mojo for hospitality Your entire focus will be on our visitors' experience - everything that goes into nurturing it, sustaining it & making it memorable. Your attitude is more important than decades of experience. We believe a great attitude makes you teachable to our teamwork approach of operating.
- You live on the Sunshine Coast
- You have a passion for customer focussed service
- You can development and manage a well-trained and motivated team of staff
- You have a genuine desire to build connections with the community, groups, locals
- You adopt a hands-on approach that leads by example
- You have proven skills in venue or bar management
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- You have a RMLV Certificate + Approved Managers license
- You have a strong understanding of OLGR regulations in Queensland
