In this hands on role you will be working alongside your team to ensure high brand standards are maintained and roll out new HR procedures and policies as required, including recruitment, induction, training and development, WHS, mediation, industrial relations as well as compliance.

With the support of the Country General Manager, assistant HRM and an international HR team, you will oversee properties in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane and will be flexible to travel to each property.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Experience as a Human Resource Manager in a hospitality environment
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management
- Experience with Industrial Relations, WHS, and the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020 and Fairwork Act
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
