This is a rare opportunity to join an Australian success story operating a diversified portfolio of nameplate brands. Due to continued team evolution, its Corporate Development team are looking for two new Analysts to be based in either Perth or Sydney.

**The Opportunity**

The Corporate Development team acts as a "
**centre of excellence**" to the broader organisation, assisting all business units to deliver on their corporate finance, strategic and commercial business objectives. The team promotes diversity, is highly collegiate and facilitates outstanding learning and development opportunities.

As an Analyst within the team, you’ll play a key role leading critical workstreams supporting the analysis and assessment of organic and M&A-driven growth opportunities, internal corporate development, portfolio optimization / restructuring projects in addition to a variety of ad-hoc projects (e.g. special projects or commercial contract negotiations) as directed by the Executive Leadership Team.

The Analyst (alongside Managers) plays a key role developing trusting, supportive relationships with a range of internal and external business stakeholders which in turn assists with the facilitation of key business objectives.

**Required Skills & Experience**

It is likely that the successful applicant has 3-4 years of corporate finance experience, gained either within an investment bank, the corporate finance team of a chartered accounting firm an independent advisor or comparable corporate development team.

Demonstrable local transaction experience coupled with strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential.

A relevant undergraduate qualification in Commerce or Finance (ideally coupled with Laws of Engineering) in addition to a post-graduate qualification in Finance or Chartered Accounting will also be highly favourable.

Interpersonally, we seek professionals with outstanding soft skills; working closely with others and effectively project managing a raft of key deliverables is paramount to your success in this role.
