This role is working within the Corporate Actions team within the Investments operations function. You will be supporting the investments teams in meeting industry regulations around Corporate Action. You will have a great chance to take responsibility at a high level and to contribute to the positive results achieved by the team.

**Your new role**

Working as a Corporate Actions Analyst you will be:

- Reconciliation and Settlement of Domestic and international Corporate Action events
- Monitoring market sources to identify upcoming and relevant Corporate Actions events
- Understanding Risk and Compliance frameworks and assisting in implementing process improvements
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders are a variety of levels to produce the most effective outcomes
- Working on specific projects relevant to the Corporate
Actions team

**What you'll need to succeed**

**To be successful in this role, you will have;**
- At least 2 years Corporate actions experience in a Financial Institution
- Strong technical knowledge in corporate events, Fixed Income, Equities or Treasury/Investment management
- Professional presentation and communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and work effectively handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management
