We are seeking an experienced and supportive **Behaviour Support Clinical Supervisor** to provide regular (minimum once-weekly) supervision and clinical oversight to a team of at least four NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioners. This role is non-practising and focused entirely on supervision, practice quality, and professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide structured clinical supervision once per week (or more if required) to a team of four or more Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Review BSPs, assessments, and clinical documentation for quality, alignment with NDIS requirements, and ethical practice
- Guide practitioners in reflective practice, clinical reasoning, and restrictive practices reduction
- Ensure practice aligns with the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
- Support the professional development, confidence, and capability of early
- and mid-career practitioners
- Escalate concerns and provide guidance on clinical risk, decision-making, and team wellbeing
- Contribute to service quality, clinical governance, and continuous improvement

**Essential Criteria**
- Registered with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Advanced or Specialist level
- Minimum 1 year experience in supervising or mentoring other practitioners
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS PBS Capability Framework and restrictive practices obligations
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, coaching, or leadership
- Excellent documentation, and clinical oversight skills

**Desirable**
- Formal training in clinical supervision, leadership, or trauma-informed practice
- Experience supporting or supervising practitioners in home, school, or supported accommodation settings
- Familiarity with Cliniko
- Fluency in Arabic or another community language is highly regarded
