**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Crafting strengths-based behaviour support plans that actually work—in homes, schools, and communities
- Building trusted relationships with families, support workers, and educators
- Collaborating in weekly team huddles, peer debriefs, and meaningful mentoring
- Being part of a culture that genuinely walks the talk on clinical excellence and practitioner wellbeing

**We’d Love to Hear From You if You**
- Are an NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core Proficiency +)
- Know how to develop behaviour support plans and conduct functional assessments
- Understand the NDIS and value trauma-informed, strengths-led practice
- Have a driver’s license and your own reliable, insured car
- Are eligible to work in Australia and hold (or are happy to obtain) relevant industry checks
