- “ For me, I love being heard and valued, I feel my opinion and point of view really matter and considered. As from the PBS side, as a practitioner and supervisor, I love coaching and guiding my supervisees, enjoy seeing them growing in the PBS field and become more knowledgeable. About my clients, I love supporting them to achieve a better quality of life and improving their relationships with staff or other family members.”_
**Silvia, PBS Clinician**
