Joining our **Macquarie Park**team you will experience friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.

**About the Macquarie Park office**:

- 5 min drive from the Macquarie Shopping Centre - perfect for a cheeky shopping spree or a twirl on the ice rink after work.
- Adventure awaits after work with nearby rock climbing and escape rooms.
- Rooftop bar antics and trivia battles at Governor Hotel located down the same road.
- A very large team present - over 25 clinicians which provides a huge amount of collaboration and support.

**Day to day you will**:

- **Conduct** meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
- **Build** enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work
- **Celebrate** every milestone with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing

We're after qualified PBS Clinicians who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

- PBS registration
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- **1+ years' experience within Behaviour Support**
