**What is the opportunity?**

This Project Director role reports directly to the General Manager and involves leading and managing a diverse team of internal and external resources to deliver on a variety of data driven projects.

**Responsibilities will see you**
- Manage full project life cycles - from pipeline to delivery.
- Lead, engage and empower a multidisciplinary team in data design, collection, analysis and reporting.
- Deliver projects on time and budget, exceeding clients’ expectations.
- Deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders and conferences.
- Enhance business, identify new opportunities and develop appropriate responses.

**What you will bring to the role**
You have relevant industry experience in either waste management or environmental services. You are excited by the opportunity to offer clients tailored, innovative, comprehensive solutions in waste audit and oversight which deliver the required outcomes. You are innately numerical, analytical, articulate, highly organised and pay great attention to detail.
- The ability to expertly manage multiple, diverse, concurrent projects.
- Prior success in bid management, RFQs and Tender responses.
- Evidence of strategic thinking in your approach to business development and project delivery.
- Knowledge of waste audits, waste data and data interpretation preferred.
- Statistical and data analyst skills desirable.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills which aid you in team and stakeholder management.
