We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Practice Manager at a well established dental clinic. You will join a fun and professional team, with ongoing training and career opportunities through a traineeship at Australian Institute of Management (AIM WA) and training workshops.
Aim Dental Group is a leading dental organization with great company culture. With ambitious growth plans underway, an opportunity exists for a dynamic, experienced Manager with a proven track record in outstanding customer service to join our team. The role will encompass both the day to day management of the practice, reporting to the Business Manager and Business Owner and using your leadership knowledge to get the most out of your team.
You must love a challenge, working within a very busy environment and have great communication skills.

**What's the role all about?**
Provide positive and effective leadership to a team of dentists, dental assistants and front office staff ensuring that they are well supported to deliver dental activities of the organisation. This role is inclusive of new staff inductions, Performance Reviews, development plans and policy and procedure training for staff.
Full-time, ongoing position Monday - Friday.
