Our client is seeking to appoint a National Foodservice Manager, accountable for delivering profitable sales and volume targets across the category. Reporting to the Head of Sales and having 3 direct reports, this NFM will be the face of the foodservice channel, with a focus on developing and nurturing Distribution partnerships and driving New Business across the HORECA and QSR.
**The Role**:
- Responsible for nurturing and developing key distribution partners such as PFD & Bidfood
- Lead and develop the Foodservice national team to drive volume and profit
- Support and mentor the Account Managers across Vic, QLD & NSW.
- Communicate pricing, ranging, product and data analysis to customers.
- Manage customer expectations and manage any issues within a timely manner.
- Seek and develop new business opportunities across the Foodservice category & channel
- Develop and/or manage any incentive programs.
**Your Background**:
**To be successful**:
- 3+ years managing State/National accounts
- Exposure to Foodservice or QSR Channel
- Understanding of distributor landscape
- Core data analysis skills
- Highly competent working both independently and in teams with strong communication/influencing capabilities.
