**Your new role**

Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Services Manager is responsible for creating, managing and coordinating core project management activities and artefacts across governance and reporting, minutes, financial reporting and analysis, project manager coaching, risk and issue management, resource management, vendor management, planning and scheduling in a rapid and fast-changing environment for the whole Program Director’s portfolio. This role is a 2 year max term contract.

Some of your duties will include:

- Support the development of the program portfolio including scoping and planning of future projects.
- Develop and maintain program level artifacts.
- Support the Program and Project Managers in the adherence to Fund project management frameworks and the use of project management tools. Including providing coaching as needed to uplift the team capability.
- Develop the governance materials in line with SDO standards and stakeholder needs and complete minutes.

**What you’ll need**
- Must have experience with Program and Project Management tools
- Strong analytical skills to assimilate and analyse large amount of data from multiple sources
- Must have experience developing Steering Committee Reports, Dashboards and Papers for Executives, Management Teams and/or Program Directors.
- Moderate experience within financial services, business or information technology project environments.
- Experience of working within and supporting a ‘gated’ project and program governance framework
- Working knowledge of or ability to identify opportunities for the adoption and management of project processes and toolsets.
- Solid time management and organizational skills, adaptable, open to change with ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of technology, operations, superannuation administration and/or financial products
