**About the Role**

In your role as the program manager, you will have the crucial responsibility of supervising and coordinating deliverables across various work streams. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), your duties will encompass, but not be limited to:

- Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to deadlines and achieve their objectives.
- Strong Management of deliverables of both direct line and 3 rd party suppliers and vendors.
- Identifying potential project risks and formulating proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Establishing and upholding governance frameworks to ensure the success of each project.
- Crafting comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) documents to clearly define project objectives and deliverables.
- Making strategic financial decisions to maintain projects within budgetary constraints.
- Developing informative board packs to effectively convey project progress and objectives.
- Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including the production of accurate and timely project reports for these stakeholders.

**About You**
- Proven experience as a program manager
- Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing programs worth minimum $5-$10 million
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Excellent leadership and decision making skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to influence and inspire
