THE ROLE

- Effective at collaborating with stakeholders to manage and track compliance maturity and actions?
- Excited about helping organisations to operate effectively and drive continuous improvement?

A new Compliance role has been created within the Enterprise Portfolio Governance (EPG) team of Homes Victoria to advise, track and report on compliance-related activities across Homes Victoria. Given the strategic importance of effective compliance management for the delivery of strategic programs and organisational effectiveness, this role will be important to boost the organisation's compliance in line with risk management policies, organisational policies and procedures, applicable regulatory/legislative frameworks and broader cross-government policies.
The role will focus on business-as-usual compliance monitoring, will provide resolution oversight (including monitoring) for matters arising from internal and external reviews, working closely with the broader Housing Performance & Governance branch and business owners.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
2. Provide oversight for matters arising from internal and external reviews, working closely with the broader HP&G branch and business owners, to track monitoring of action plans and achievement of desired outcomes.
3. Support the investigation of emerging matters through information gathering from multiple sources, data analysis and synthesizing findings (in relation to respective compliance requirements).
