**Your Role**:
The Compliance Officer works under the direction of Chief Compliance Officer in collaboration with staff members in other departments. The Compliance Officer is responsible for providing legal support to all departments and the company as a financial services licensee

**Requirements**:

- Provide legal advice for company's operations, including the review, preparation and amendment of relevant legal documentation
- Review contracts with third parties
- Communicate with members in Sales, Backoffice, Human Resource Department and Marketing Departments and collect relevant information and update to operational procedures
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments in developing monthly marketing plan and marketing materials sign-off
- Assist in the development of policies, procedures and training programmes for staff on relevant legal, compliance issues
- Maintain company’s Staff Training Policy and develop & organize compliance training for staff and ensure the licensee to meet its training requirements
- Assist in liaising with agents and other businesses to obtain and provide required information.
- Assist with enhancing the organisational compliance program
- Assist with the planning, design and implementation of compliance projects and control
