You will lead a highly skilled team to deliver specialist community mental health services across our region. You will lead and develop a culture in the team that encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities and supports staff to maximise their potential, health and wellbeing. You will have expert interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and will embrace and model behaviours that reflect Darling Downs Health values. Darling Downs Health's region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres. We are one of the largest employers in the region, with a diverse team of more than 6,000 staff.
