The Mindsight Clinic is a new, vibrant and growing private multidisciplinary mental health clinic in Gordon, Sydney. We have a mix of psychiatrists, general practitioners, and allied health clinicians. Our mission is to provide the highest quality mental health care to our patients and clients, and to improve mental health access and literacy in the broader community.
**About the Role**
We are in need of a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. Apart from embodying the values and culture of the Mindsight Clinic, we are looking for a well-presented and motivated Medical receptionist with a can-do attitude. Enjoys a busy environment and can multitask. Is able to handle confidential patient information with discretion. The successful applicant will be working under the direction of the Practice Manager. Prior experience with Xestro practice management platform or similar, would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities will include (not limited to):
- Meeting, greeting and patient care
- Administration of the front desk and phones
- Providing assistance to doctors and clinicians as required
- Patient invoicing, payments and receipt
- Scheduling and diary management
- Other reasonable duties as directed
**Work days days and hours**
2 days a week, days to be confirmed, with some degree of flexibility for additional days when cover required.
**Skills and Experience**
- Medical receptionist experience or similiar role desirable.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and Multitask
- Desirable - Experience with Xestro Practice Management Software or similar

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
