Starling Services is urgently looking for **_Agile Scrum Mater _**_in_ the market who are interested in working with us for a long term contract job opportunity

**Key responsibilities**
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Providing support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team
- Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint ceremonies which includes Sprint planning, Story Grooming, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro Skills
- Experience in managing Scrum teams

**Key skills**
- Experience on JIRA: Create dashboard for team velocity, Burn up chart, Burn down chart, etc.
- Knowledge of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Having experience in onshore-offshore delivery model
- Core Competencies:

- Scrum Master, Product Management, Product Development, IT Strategy/Planning, Budgeting/Risk Ass., Payments and resource planning, Requirement gathering and analysis, Preparing Document -UD and BRD, Client Communication, Complete Project tracking, User acceptable Testing, Data analysis.

**TECHNICAL/NON-TECHNICAL EXPERTISE**
- Agile Framework: SAFe | Scrum |XP| Lean| Kanban|
- Business Analysis: SDLC, Agile project development
- Documentation: BRD, FRD, UD, Use-case, User story, Test cases, Presentation.
