At Appscore, we get stuff done quickly - there are not loads of red tape that you need to navigate through to be successful in your role. **About the Role**: Working with Engineering Managers, Developers, Business Analysts & Product Owners, the Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching and leading the squad on best practice agile ways of working, fostering an environment of high performance, continuous flow and relentless improvement. You will be the driving force that enables your team to be self-organised, promoting a collaborative team environment that foster creativity, innovation, continuous improvement and celebrate success. Specifically, you will be responsible for; - Facilitating agile forums (e.g.daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and showcases) and manage squad artefacts. - Participating in the Scrum of Scrums for relevant squads with associated Scrum Masters to remove risks, issues and blockers. - Tracking and communicating squad metrics (e.g. sprint burndown, velocity, lead time and cycle time, commitment reliability) - Coordinating squad activities (from facilitating agile-scrum ceremonies to continuous improvement initiatives) to enable the squad to focus on delivery of customer and business value. - Driving release management and production transition activities across multiple assets and asset teams, working closely with an RTE and respective service owner **About You**: To be successful in this role, you will have; - Minimum of 5 years working as a Scrum Master within a complex organisation - Technical delivery experience, with extended experience in release management and production transition - Experience across agile ways of working and delivery within depth knowledge of agile techniques: creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing squad artefacts - Ability to measure performance and create an environment of continuous learning - Experience leading and coaching teams of 8 to 12 people - Scrum Master certification **Benefits**: - Weekly Personal Training/Yoga, free virtual gym classes and discounted gym memberships - Bi-Monthly activity budgets for every team - Flexible working times to fit around your life (early start = early finish) when required - Unlimited puppy cuddles from our office dog, A.K.A "Chief Of Pats", Missy - A focus on employee wellbeing - Social activities, End of day "switch off" for work life balance, and access to the Appscore Employee Assistance Program with free counselling services, health and wellbeing discounts - Optional flu shots, paid for by us - Direct and transparent access to our Managing Director and Leadership team.
