The **Marketing Manager** is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the SpeedFit brand, marketing strategy and national campaigns. This position will contribute to the delivery of best-practice and innovative marketing and communication strategies and will work to ensure that SpeedFit promotional and positioning activities complement organisational objectives.
**Who are we?**
SpeedFit is a boutique EMS training concept; it's **a 20-minute, **profoundly **effective workout.** Based on EMS training (electro-muscular stimulation), SpeedFit is a scientifically proven method used for decades in Europe for rehabilitation and sports medicine.
**Our vision** is for everyone to live an active and healthy lifestyle, regardless of time constraints and physical limitations.
After experiencing rapid growth in only a few short years, SpeedFit now has 30+ locations across five states employing over 100 fitness professionals, ranging from Certificate 3 Instructors, Personal Trainers, and Sports Scientists to Exercise Physiologists.
**About the role**:
The Marketing Manager's primary role is to position SpeedFit as the must try fitness brand.
In a nutshell, you will:
- Plan, implement, track and optimise targeted B2C, B2B and B2E marketing campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness, including new studio pre-sale campaigns
- Manage and grow SpeedFit’s branding and positioning, including ensuring brand consistency across the organisation
- Create engaging content for our website, studios, publications and social media platforms, including copywriting, content creation, scheduling and basic design
- Develop briefs and coordinate the work of internal and external agencies, including our digital agency design agency and print supplier to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Manage multiple SpeedFit social media accounts including leading the community management and tone of voice
- Manage the SpeedFit website and EDM platform
- Be a key part of major projects including National Franchise Conference, NDIS roll out, program launches and events
- Develop, maintain and report on marketing KPIs and metrics
- Manage and lead the Marketing Coordinator
**Tips on getting the job**:
- You have had 5-7 years minimum experience in various marketing roles
- You love working in a fast paced environment and can manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in leading both localized and large scale marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in successful delivery and evaluation of campaigns
- Proven track record in building and managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and well-developed influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to be self-motivated, responsive and flexible in an environment with time pressures

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
